14-Day Return Policy:
In order to keep low prices for the consumer, EuroKraft Jewelry offers a Fourteen (14) day return policy on jewelry sold through the www.eurokraftjewelry.com web site.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within Fourteen (14) days of the original ship date.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and you will receive an email notification regarding the status within Five (5) business days.
Items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Please note that EuroKraft Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments while they are in transit. Customers must pay for all shipping costs involved in any returns or exchanges. Shipping in a box or padded envelope is recommended, as is insurance.
Return Procedure:
To return or exchange an item, simply:
1. Send-an e-mail to EuroKraft Jewelry at info@eurokraftjewelry.com to obtain a return authorization.
2. Secure the item(s) and all of the original packing materials, packing slip, etc. in a cardboard box.
3. Send the package via any method you choose, noting that EuroKraft Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
EuroKraft Jewelry will provide you with the mailing address as part of the return authorization.
Returns take approximately Five (5) business days to process upon receipt of the item.
