The memories of Turkey and its very friendly people are still vivid in my mind.  Eating stuffed eggplant, meze (appetizers), and olives, and drinking apple tea was always a highlight.  The ruins of Ephesus / Efes, one of the world’s best preserved ancient cities, are spectacular!
